Pros
Some gems of people. A few design leaders know what they're doing (a few). Genuine opportunity to craft great products (we know BT customers need it). But...
Cons
Utter chaos/no direction. Work politics reigns. Directors - clueless/out of depth. Legacy tech (and lack of innovation). Blame, bully and abuse culture is rife; toxic people seem to thrive. Egos from middle managers and above, cliquey. Digital design will soon be an offshore team.
