Good work / life balance. Hybrid working Training is mostly inhouse or online.
Cons
Pay rises and bonus payments are minimal for those on management bands D to F. The perks have also been reduced. Not all employees work in state of the art offices (BT Hubs) majority of us work in dilapidated buildings not fit to be a working office with minimal facilities if they work or are ever fixed. The share price reflects the status of the company's position in the market over the years, due to bad investments. Once a global leader now cutting it's losses and selling off it's assets to focus solely on UK market.
