Most employees are friendly. Decent salary. Okay benefits. Good location.

Freezing office, wfh is "permitted" but in reality you will 100% be judged if you do, most employees come into the office every single day even during snow storms, almost no written procedures, no support as a new employee/almost zero communication from direct manager after 5 weeks in a company, extremely high turnover (over 30%), no one really knows what is going on, HR does not believe employees. Huge red flag.

Good team spirit from a few of their employees, and great possibility to make connections within the organization.

No possibility to grow and very little flexibility.
