Pros
Like in any small company, everybody knows your name... almost. And, like in any small company, you do more than you may have done in a bigger company.
Cons
Again, like in any small company, outsourcing manufacturing and product support killed jobs... and the mood. Besides, like in any small company, there is not much opportunity to advance your career.
