+ comparatively good compensation + nice office
Cons
- projects really suck, sometimes PM do not understand why we are doing these projects - a bit hostile environment - paranoiac management - had scandals in media regarding their business (search for salem social media; look who is funding and what projects) - personally did not see any value to society in their products (better to work in small company with lower compensation but with a belief in what you are doing)
