As a Sr Technical Recruiter, I was lucky enough to be hired by BTS during COVID. As an SDVOSB, they are truly committed to hiring veterans but most of all taking care of them. They are deeply embedded in the Defense and Intelligence sectors, two places in which I grew up in as an analyst and recruiter. They gave opportunities in which I was never afforded of anywhere else that I had been. Despite the changes that were made during my tenure there, I will always be grateful for the opportunity they gave me to take care of my family and grow as a professional.
The company's culture is one that is built of integrity, excellence, and innovative thought, starting with the CEO and COO and everyone in the corporate office that I was privileged enough to work with and for. As a recruiter, we placed hiring, highly skilled professionals and people who were passionate about contributing to the mission and being a part of the family of professionals that make up the company.
