Pros
The people on the ground actually doing the work are spectacular. This is what made me stay for 2 years. Benefits use to be really good with unlimited PTO but now you have to bill a certain amount each year or else you won't get a raise or promotion.
Cons
WORST MANAGEMENT. I have had 9 managers in 2 years. The turn over at this company is like no other They are the worst kind of people because they pretend to care about their employees but actually only care about the bottom line and they have designed a BLAME CULTURE. They only care about who to blame and not how to fix the problem.
