Nothing positive about the company. My reviews are very genuine and nothing against company just want to help job seeker looking for better opportunity.

1. No Proper reporting structure. 2. Poor work culture 3.No proper vision. 4. Nobody is bother about the company and employees 5.If you have responsibility on your head and want to grow please do not join BVC any company. 6.Negative atmosphere and politics mind games a lot 7.Not at all the professional organisation 8. Six days and 9 Hours working 9. Flexibility is a myth Above advice is for all the departments in the company
