None!! Horrible experience from top to bottom. John Sinovic is a poisonous personality that makes the design environment one of the worst firms in the Midwest.
Cons
Overworked employees, hire and fire culture. The firm has a very high esteem, when it's a complete facade. Clients and future employees look elsewhere.
