      There are some truly innovative folks here redefining what it means to design a project, particularly many of the newer principals. Lincoln studio was a joy to work in.

      Cons

      Very top-heavy management structure. The Omaha and Lincoln studio cultures are completely different.

      Amazing coworkers and culture, management clearly cares about employees

      Communication/organization between offices sometimes has some hiccups and different standards! Nothing crazy though!
