      Amazing company culture, people really go out of their way to make you feel a part of the BVNK family. We really take pride in the product we deliver to our customers.

      Cons

      Don't see my team enough in person because we're a global company. No company is perfect.

      Culture promotes a meritocracy and rewards pushing and advocating for good ideas and technology improvements

      Cons

      Very fast paced, some peers who don't manage themselves well may get burnt out.

      Great day to day peers

      Cons

      Bad communication, confusing feedback and bad management. Rash decision making and unaware of how to gauge people. Waste of time.
