      some really interesting work good exposure to crypto world

      Cons

      changes strategic direction often often times lacking clear technical leadership sometimes the people working there are excessively defensive of their role and come off as abbrasive

      Culture promotes a meritocracy and rewards pushing and advocating for good ideas and technology improvements

      Cons

      Very fast paced, some peers who don't manage themselves well may get burnt out.

      Bad communication, confusing feedback and bad management. Rash decision making and unaware of how to gauge people. Waste of time.
