Pros

- Nice selection of shops, restaurants and cafes to choose from for lunch - Dog friendly office

Cons

- Issues with employees getting paid on time - No HR department - Very cliquey (e.g. Teams chats regularly set up with names intended to demean colleagues) - Customer data in breach of multiple GDPR and data protection requirements - Employees regularly required to purchase the software and hardware needed to perform their duties out of their own pocket, with no reimbursement from the company - Culture of workplace bullying, exacerbated by the MD, including but not limited to public dressing downs, mockery related to race, mockery related to gender, mockery related to disability, shouting, swearing and threatening/intimidating behaviour - Multiple platforms not properly integrated and/or fit for professional purposes - Expectation to work beyond contracted hours with no paid overtime - Nonchalant attitude to cybersecurity best practices, with no cybersecurity training provided - Employees expected to toe the line and maintain the status quo, with no willingness or ability from the MD to listen to new ideas

Pros

Friendly and dedicated team. The office has a window.

Cons

When you first walk in to the office you are presented with a small box with 2 windows and feel like you have gone back in time. The office space was at max capacity and the director was adamant to fit more desks to avoid paying for a larger office space. Staff members were literally falling over each other. The director micromanages and requires a report on everything you do everyday and often past working hours. The director will speak negatively behind your back to team members. The director will publicly humiliate you in the office or in a full staff meetings. The director has no budget and has not invested in any HR. (yes, if you want to request holiday, you will need to print paper and leave it on his desk which often gets missed) Nothing is paid for despite working overtime at exhibitions you will not be able to claim expenses. If you are ill, the director will ask if you have a computer at home and want you to work despite him knowing you are not feeling well. Due to the director the staff turnover is incredibly high which means the team is chopping and changing every few months. There has been a complete staff churn within the last year with all new staff hired in 2025 apart from 1.

Pros

None, genuinely. Terrible place. Was sometimes offered tea I guess.

Cons

Not really much point in writing much because I don't have the energy to write essays. Terrible onwer who doesn't know how to run a business, or get on with people, or let others run a business. Short leash, commisions not paid, being repremanded for deals that they think they could have done a better job on (they have no understanding of even basic sales). Passive aggressive behvaiour towards you. Lying about what's included in the job. Staff turnover is actually impressive. Better to be jobless on JSA than it is to work here - you've been warned. The amount of micromanagement is something to behold - worth joining just to get a glimpse at this alone - never seen a more psycho company or owner.
