As an employee who has worked for this company for some time, I feel that it is my responsibility to share my experiences with others who may be considering a career there. First and foremost, the management at this company sets an extremely poor example for their employees. They consistently arrive late and leave early, but they will come down hard on their employees for taking an extra two minutes during their lunch break. This behavior creates an atmosphere of distrust and disrespect. Furthermore, the management treats their employees like children. They are constantly looking over their shoulders, micromanaging their work, and are quick to criticize their mistakes. This lack of trust and respect is felt throughout the company, and it creates a toxic work environment. It's also worth noting that the management gives special perks and privileges to their family members, who also work at the company. This creates an unfair advantage, and it's demoralizing to see someone receive preferential treatment based on nepotism. Additionally, the management is not open to new ideas or improvements. They seem to believe that the way things have always been done is the best way to do them, and are not interested in hearing feedback or suggestions from their employees. This lack of flexibility and willingness to evolve makes it difficult for the company to stay competitive. Lastly, the management is not flexible when it comes to employees who are dealing with family issues. They seem to lack empathy and understanding and are quick to penalize employees who need to take time off or make changes to their schedules. Overall, my experience working at this company has been extremely negative due to the management's behavior and attitude. I would not recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a supportive and respectful work environment.
