Pros
Fast moving, ever changing, complex organisational structure which allows flexibility in achieving ones goals. Open to new ways of doing things. Some very intelligent operators in the business and many projects to get involved in. Reasonable pay and flexible working conditions once you have proven yourself.
Cons
Communication is very poor and culture can be aggressive. Decisions are often made without a full understanding of the knock on effects for different departments. Politics often get in the way & silo mentality in many departments. Meetings are often late, longer than required and involve people who are not required.
