Pros
Great CEO who cares about employees and has put in place a lot of positive change, engaged Leadership Team, culture improving, HR team are doing a great job to ensure plenty of learning opportunities exist. All team members are friendly and welcoming.
Cons
Longer hours of work at times, but that is okay for me given all the opportunities that exist and that I love what I do and who I work with. Some challenges between AUS and USA as other reviews have stated, however structure is relatively new so I'm sure with time these will be ironed out. If you are a person who does not like change - our company is fast moving, must be prepared to be agile!
