      Gave students a great opportunity to have managing roles. Great family work balance. Exposes you to a lot of different departments and functions.

      Cons

      Management lacks connecting with student workers. Upper management seems indifferent to the most important workforce that keeps BYUB running.

      The work was consistent, but always a little different. Good pay, great people. Health insurance was great.

      Hourly, not salaried. EVERYONE else is salaried.
