Pros
There's a great environment at BYUB. Most people are pretty similar in most ways, but people have fun and don't take each other too seriously until it's time to lock in and everyone gets to work. Those are my favorite times.
Cons
Not a lot of pay, which is fair as a college job, but makes it difficult to stay put. For a job that requires a lot of training and experience to feel good and comfortable mid-production, hours can be scarce and it doesn't do a very good job at funding my education.
