Pros

Great company if you want to make or continue your career in gaming industry. Need to play games and file bugs. Cab facilites for Gurgaon and Delhi for all the shift timings. You would get a good experience on all the gaming platforms. Managers, TLs and your seniors are great mentors. You can always contact them regarding anything and can be confident enough to get a good resolution on the situation. Man-power is good and increasing day-by-day so you can be sure from the job sustainability (need to meet the desired expections).

Cons

Need to definately work on the salaries of employees. Food caterers do not provide that great quality of food. PS: Dont eat from the canteen on the top floor. Hell alot of work iif you working in night shifts.

Pros

Some testing can be fun if you're lucky enough to land on a project in line with your tastes, but much of the work is monotonous and repetitive (just the nature of the job somewhat-not the employer). Free coffee on evening shifts and Fridays. Many good, driven, and talented people (though sadly often exploited and not used to their full potential. Still, lots of good folks, both in contract pool (at least 80% of employees, depending on season) and in senior testing/lead and management roles. Great IT department.

Cons

It's a digital assembly line. After some minimum requirements, not difficult work, which sadly leads to a lot of seat-filling, which is not only bad for the clients and their customers, but also can result in poor job satisfaction. Complaints about labour standards are often met with buck-passing, placating, and then indifference. Poor hygiene standards, only a few bathrooms for hundreds of employees a day, which are also open to other offices in building...often no soap in washrooms, close quarters working environment. Inadequate breaks. No benefits like health or dental of any kind for contract employees. Cutting of hours to avoid OT pay while simultaneously asking employees to work overtime shifts without notice. 40 hour per week Availability without any guaranteed hours.
