Pros

- open culture, allow you to voice your opinions - improved employee benefits after listening to the feedback from the employees

Cons

- no insurance coverage (you only get $500 for medical for the entire year) - you get tracked/questioned for taking MC even thought this is allowed by MOM under employment act - management has unlimited wants; allowing them to mark down on people and say that they are not good/room for improvement when they do not perform 1 out of X tasks given (but are the management really that good?) - very unethical clawback bonus (if you leave the company within 3 months after getting variable bonus - late increment cycle on July and you even get clawback for increment if you leave in July (ridiculous) - claims takes MONTHS to come in (and needing multiple reminders) - staff even got asked to pay for their recruiters fees and educators were also given letter of demand to pay back their bonus if they leave within certain period (so ruthless) Honestly, this is one of the worst company I've ever worked with crazy workload that is not in line with the bonus and remuneration paid.
