Pros
I used to work only at night or on the weekends and holidays, so it didn't mess up with my daily normal activities (classes and all). Also, I really like babies and I really enjoyed that job and was close to my house.
Cons
At first, I would have to go home very late and that didn't feel very safe, but we solved that by me sleeping there and going home early in the morning.
