      Pros

      * Salary on time * CEO is friendly * Hygienic * Stable job compare to other private companies * 40 hr/ week working hours including lunch break. * 1 hour lunch break and half subsidized lunch

      Cons

      * Very toxic work culture and misogynistic * Too much office politics * There is no salary grade structure for the employee. In same position, different employees are paid differently * Management people are biased. Actual hard-working and talented people do not get recommendations easily. * No proper salary increment. * Unnecessary disturbance from HRD and some higher-up people on the team. * HRD people are biased. * No overtime pay and frequently overtime work. * Low pay. * No free coffee/ snakes

      Pros

      - Some members of management are empathetic and supportive. - Exposure to a large development team and diverse technology stacks - People seem good and friendly

      Cons

      - No additional benefits except salary and partially subsidized lunch. Salary is mediocre though. Salary review is not regular too. - "Oiling/Bhaaaiiii/Bhaiyaaaa culture" is very visible — promotion and perks depend more on flattery than performance. - No proper knowledge-sharing or learning initiatives — mostly work, work, and more work. Almost all projects are typical boring projects. - No structured career growth framework, mentorship, or professional development. - Less flexibility. WFH is mostly allowed on weekends and after/before office hours 🥴 slight late arrival often penalized
