- No proper knowledge-sharing or learning initiatives — mostly work, work, and more work. Almost all projects are typical boring projects.
- No structured career growth framework, mentorship, or professional development.
- Less flexibility. WFH is mostly allowed on weekends and after/before office hours 🥴 slight late arrival often penalized
