Poor Management and HR policies.

- Some members of management are empathetic and supportive. - Exposure to a large development team and diverse technology stacks - People seem good and friendly

- No additional benefits except salary and partially subsidized lunch. Salary is mediocre though. Salary review is not regular too. - "Oiling/Bhaaaiiii/Bhaiyaaaa culture" is very visible — promotion and perks depend more on flattery than performance. - No proper knowledge-sharing or learning initiatives — mostly work, work, and more work. Almost all projects are typical boring projects. - No structured career growth framework, mentorship, or professional development. - Less flexibility. WFH is mostly allowed on weekends and after/before office hours 🥴 slight late arrival often penalized
