The restaurant is always busy. Operates on a tip share so you never walk away with nothing. The pro of the tip share is that the money is consistent. I never have a day where I make less than $100

Cons

Tip share means that on busy weekend nights when more people are working the money gets split more ways. So a busy night compared to an easy night, you end up making pretty close to the same amount of money. You never have a day where you randomly take home $400. Pay is consistently between $130-220/night
