Pros
Management gave nice shirts and jacket and has nice trucks and compensation was market value with some negotiation. Has a nice new office.
Cons
The CEO Denis Pospischil is pretty rude and says inappropriate things alot. Makes nazi apologist comments and makes antisemitic and trans/homo-phobic jokes constantly. Also has been very known to use project funds for his own personal gain (replaced his home HVAC system on BMW's dime)
