      Pros

      There are SOME people who are genuinely wonderful & true experts in their field that can be great to learn from.

      Cons

      High turnover, low paying, disorganized structure at corporate and facilities, insensitive management, no succession planning, micromanagers, poor benefits. Contractors and clients do not respect this company.
