I worked at Bacio part-time for over 5 years and loved it! Working here was a great way to learn customer service skills as well as gain top notch food service experience. It was awesome working for a place where the owner, management, and employees were all so passionate about what they do!

Being part of the catering staff we would sometimes have to work very late nights if catering an evening event.

Unique, healthy, great tasting food
Loyal customers & fixture in local community
Close-knit, dedicated staff of who really know their stuff and support each other

Lunch and dinner rushes can be crazy & stressful and area up front is small making it hard to move quickly
Not so much a con as advice to future workers- this is not just another average food-service job. The staff and management are dedicated to what they do, and do it well while maintaining very high standards. If you do not also bring a wide knowledge of food and share their high standards you will quickly feel out of your depth. I think you just are or are not a right fit for this company, there is no in between.
