Be Cautious - Server Back Porch Draft House Employee Review

Training is overkill. I get having a few knowledge tests but they want you to take 7 menu tests and know every single one of over 145 items plus bar drinks plus a final knowing every single item. Super high standards are good in some cases, but they want you to basically live through the restaurant, and it is also so easy to get written up for making a simple mistake. It's fair and normal to have high standards but it is overkill and part of the reason for high turnover and reputation in the community. The owners wife is also super mean.
