I recently completed a Power BI knowledge transfer program that proved to be highly effective for practical application and exceptionally cost-efficient, resulting in a significant return on investment. Although project demands can occasionally be high, the overall environment promotes collaboration and is results-oriented. Early Client Engagement Success: Despite initial delays in onboarding processes due to marketing department constraints, I took the initiative to secure and successfully conduct my first client interview early on. Cons
The existing PTO policy is somewhat restrictive, as it aligns closely with client holiday schedules. A more flexible and generous PTO structure, independent of client calendars, would greatly enhance work-life balance and overall employee morale.
