Great work/life balance, flexible with scheduling and coworkers are nice people, work load itself is straight forward.

Benefits were cut after two years of working for the company. Also haven’t received a raise in two years with extra work added on.

The place has a lot of really good people

Management is terrible. They pay 2 sales people crazy money while operations do all the work. Most of management has no idea how to actually lead and are a joke to the rest of the office. No one gets raises and commissions keep getting cut.
