      Pros

      Backyard Farms had that family feel, the compensation was fair to high, especially for the area. Management was responsive to feedback, laid back atmosphere.

      Cons

      After the company was bought out many things changed. The atmosphere, crop and management all took a turn for the worse.

      Pros

      "outside" without being in the weather guaranteed minimum 40 hours plus an awesome incentive program and full health benefits. Monday- Friday schedule

      the heat can be a little much on certain days of the summer.

      Everything unfortunately everything they do not value employees. They target people they don't like they constantly try to do illegal things like messing with pay
