Pros

Most co-workers are very friendly and eager to help. Free parking in the garage is available. (Very rare if you are working downtown) Baco also provides yearly bonuses. Benefits are decent.

Cons

No room for growth, due to the yearly bonuses, we do not get performance reviews therefore we recieve no raises. The company is very well off, yet only the upper management reaps the benefits. Turnover rate for the corporate office/company as a whole is extremely high, it is like a revolving door.

Pros

The owners value loyalty and hard work. There is always work to do and various projects that arise. You will learn compliance laws for multiple states, since employees are in different states. You can pay for a parking spot in the garage. You are close to AT&T park. There is a kitchen with a microwave and free coffee. Also, certain sodas are provided: Diet Coke, Diet Dr. Pepper, Ginger Ale, and Regular Coke. You can enroll in commuter benefits and you will be benefit from San Francisco Sick pay.

Cons

Minimal compensation; difficult to achieve a raise. Micro-management, criticism, and assignments are given with unrealistic deadlines. Human Resources is very limited. Any problems brought up to management are looked over and/or rejected. Employees cannot speak to one another; quiet office environment enforced. Office lunches, holiday celebrations including birthdays and work anniversaries are discouraged. High turnover rate, with a history of unhappy employees.
