This firm will post all day long and put on a facade on all social channels to make it seem like this is a fun place to work. Do not confuse that fakeness for what a day in the office actually looks like. The people posting these images and posts are the people that are basically the brand ambassadors for the firm rather than actual employees. For someone who works there, you can prepare to feel overworked + under-appreciated, and don't you dare tell a soul that otherwise you will no longer be considered "loyal". This firm strives for diversity but if you actually look at their team, that is not the case. This firm goes out of its way to try to entice you with their "culture" but that in itself is cult-like, hateful, and negative. Please note that for every honest (negative) review, 8 more "positive" reviews pop up because this firm will literally make its employees post things that sound nice on their behalf. Please head my warning that if you take a role with this firm, you will be fed false promises, have absolutely no work/life balance, be expected to give your soul away to be considered "loyal", and in the end, if you break free, will just feel like you escaped a toxic relationship.
