Mixed leadership quality creates a toxic environment - Customer Care Representative Badger Meter Employee Review

Depends which dept you work in but others are led by awful leadership. Micromanaging, meetings without clear direction, changing initiatives every few days, gossip, retaliation, very toxic environment. I would say really read the reviews of the department you are working in. Had I recognized early on just how horrible the service department was ran, I would never have joined this team.
