      Pros

      Despite the initial impression of working on "Utility Meters" the work and technologies was always very interesting. Great atmosphere and a great team.

      Cons

      Not a very diverse company on the engineering side.

      Pros

      Decent benefits & long standing company. Some supportive departments and managers.

      Cons

      Depends which dept you work in but others are led by awful leadership. Micromanaging, meetings without clear direction, changing initiatives every few days, gossip, retaliation, very toxic environment. I would say really read the reviews of the department you are working in. Had I recognized early on just how horrible the service department was ran, I would never have joined this team.
