Pros
The average tenure of employees seems to be rated in decades instead of individual years. In my time here I have seen several people retire with 30 or 40 years with the company. The company is also a perfect size, around 2500 global employees, that is large enough to provide stability, but small enough to enact change without getting bogged down in bureaucracy. There are many opportunities available across different functional teams allowing career growth and diversity. They are very flexible about moving to new roles within the organization.
Cons
The biggest area for improvement is training. Many entry roles do not have a dedicated training program and is more "learn on the fly" or by asking questions of peers.
