      Pros

      Badger has a unique culture that offers Associates flexibility in their schedules no matter the role in they play. The Associates also have created a family like atmosphere - people enjoy working with each other, they have their backs, they know each other personally. And, the family who own Badger is tremendously generous with 100% paid health and dental insurance and profit sharing.

      Cons

      I personally have no cons.

      Pros

      Great wages and benefits and work-life balance. Management finally seems focused after having too many leaders.

      Cons

      They are in a tough market and I am not sure how long it will last. Makes morale tough

      Pros

      Flat management/team dynamic is a great way run a business.

      Cons

      Way too much conflict between the original Wisconsin workers and the Texas new hires, it never ended well for the Texans. If they're open again, after the Covid shutdown, I hope their doing better.
