Pay and benefits are good and you make good friends but other than that this place is a joke. It all went downhill after 2013

A lot of sexual harassment, racism, and disrespect from management and dispatchers. The CEO was made aware of it and won't do anything about it. You work on a commission basis and if the manager doesn't like you he will cut your pay without you knowing. The mechanics could care less if you drive unsafe equipment. They preach safety but they don't care about the employees one bit. It's all about the money for them.
