Pros
Lot of mostly young people many were in their first jobs. Even if they had not much experience they had a good attitude unlike the management. Employees were passionate about the the mission, and work very hard.
Cons
Management is very arrogant and too inexperienced in a lot of key areas. The combination is deadly. More like a university research lab struggling to be a real company. Many projects end in disappointment because of lack of transparency and honest discussion then he look to blame some employees and fire them, so unprofessional. Revolving door of people coming and going, was very unstable. They cannot trust employees at all and micromanage everything with bad results. A lot of knee jerk responses to any news instead of understanding facts or consequences of their actions. I found it suffocating and toxic after a few years. During my time there many good experienced people left with health problems from too much work stress. Do your research if you consider to join unless you are desperate.
