Management is patient and flexible. They will work anyone who is respectful and able to learn. I am neurodivergent and a caregiver for family members. Management works with me when home life needs more of my focus. When I am struggling to understand and/or learn something they are very patient and willing to adjust to my learning style.

Management is always getting us coffees and tempting us with treats, hard to maintain a healthy diet working here. Also sometimes managers get into talkative moods and distracts everyone from work. I can be a problem for those who have concentration problems.

The owner is a great person to work for. They are empathetic and care deeply for their employees. The firm culture is one of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, fun and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
