Pros
Pay attractive salary at the time of joining. It seems too many review comments made for the past 3 month in the Glassdoor. I doubtful realy it was updated by the employee. Because no onsite opportunity, no work life balance, poor management
Cons
They do not confirm your probation period if you work in client place ( NTT Data - Dell Services). It is easy for them they terminate you once the assignment is over in Client place. Do not give proper settlement at the time of relieving.
