Great culture, amazing people, a lot of perks and benefits and celebrations, inclusive community, leadership opportunities, we are not in the top companies to work for without reason! 12 weeks full paid maternity leave, associates start work with 18 days of PTO, plus holidays, work-life balance supported. Community involvement is encouraged.
Cons
Industry-wise, associates are paid less than other firms. The crawl upward when you start at entry level is challenging.
