Pros

Stock ROI is good Midwest location

Cons

Unbelievably two-faced when it comes to inclusion and diversity. They are very good at marketing diversity but doing very poorly in terms of advancing it internally. The firm simply does not want to hear any complaints from women and/or minorities and heaven help you if you do raise an issue. They will find a way to retaliate and silence you. There is also way too much coddling of the whiny next gen. It is truly ridiculous— the firm has emboldened these snowflakes to file complaints against their colleagues or higher ups for the smallest PERCEIVED slight and you literally cannot tell a lousy performer to improve, even in the most diplomatic way. All they want is constant praise and the firm enables it. All of this is driven by the firm’s desire for a cheap talent pipeline, not any sort of merit. White men still run the roost and will respond very harshly if you question them in ANY way.
