Pros
Baird really cares about the culture it is building. Leadership is transparent and almost anyone you talk to is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and skilled at their job.
Cons
Baird does tend to underpay its staff and it is ok with this because they know it is really a great place to work. Healthcare benefits aren't great either.
