Salary increases don’t align with market

Great work-life balance. You get to work remote/hybrid. Some of the people in the marketing department are great to work with and are team players.

You will definitely under appreciated which makes it a very toxic work environment. All of the upper management is not very helpful (especially the new people that have been acquired). There is definitely not a lot of trainings on how to do your job as a new hire. Not a lot of people in the marketing department are helpful or team players. Just know that the real estate agents are treated so much better than the actual employee. They do not promote from within very much, and expect to stay at your position for a very very long time. Pay is significantly below average with the same amount of workload as the other companies. Prepare for a lot of chaos and not a lot of direction.
