Pros
Non-bureaucratic structure, even though it is an enormous company the processes are agile and well thought. There are very clear procedures when needed, followed by outstanding communication from all members of the different teams. Employee as an asset mentality, including paid extra hours and very clear expectations in an objectively measurable way.
Cons
The hiring process is long, although it is set to identify the best candidates.
