Thus, less benefits and some confusion on whether some benefit/perk applies to you or not. - If the client you will work at is good, everything is awesome. Otherwise, not so. - Recruitment process needs more transparency, post-interview feedbacks may take several weeks and maybe no feedback is given at all.
