Pros

* Salary always paid on time; * Most people are just AWESOME; * Possibility of promotions (again, up until 2022);

Cons

* Unreal requests for specialists in the Talent Acquisition Area; * I was hired and one of the benefits was a bonus that I never got, because "it wasn't ready" * No feedback for improvement, if you make a mistake, they might actually fire you without any further explanation; * No organization regarding processes (I had several teams in TA area who had no idea my team even existed, or what it did, and the company was not that big for this, my team's procedures changed over 20 times in 6 months, making them waist time and be unproductive) * LIED about having a lay-off instead of just being honest about it;

Pros

Teammates were incredibly welcoming and supportive during onboarding, always open and available to answer any questions. The company provides all necessary equipment for the role, and the overall training program for the position is well-structured and thorough.

Cons

Internal processes were extremely inefficient. The platform used for managing global and internal procedures was consistently slow and buggy, resulting in significant lost time throughout the workday. Interview scheduling was also overly hectic — days were packed back-to-back with interviews from start to finish, leaving no time to submit candidate feedback during regular working hours. Completing this essential part of the role effectively required putting in additional unpaid time, which was not sustainable.
