As a developer working directly with a client, I've experienced great freedom in flexibility and things like that.
The client treats me like the other employees, though I heard client relations can be hit or miss.
Cons
There are no yearly salary adjustments for employees.
The time tracker is annoying to fill as a newcomer, but these things get much easier afterward.
